How HAQQ handles the personal data you share when you apply.
What we collect
When you apply we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, LinkedIn profile, CV, and your answers to the application questions for the role.
Why we use it
We use this information solely to assess your application, manage the hiring process, and contact you about it. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit your application. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see “Your rights”).
How long we keep it
We retain your application for up to 24 months. After that, it is automatically anonymised — your name, email, LinkedIn, CV, and answers are removed — so it can no longer identify you.
Who can see it
Access is limited to the HAQQ hiring team members responsible for the relevant role. Your CV is served only through authenticated, access-controlled links — never a public URL — and uploads are validated and virus-scanned before storage.
Your rights
