About the Team

HAQQ is building the AI Operating System for the legal industry. Quality is a first-class concern for us — lawyers depend on our product in high-stakes work, and we need someone who treats QA as a continuous practice embedded throughout engineering.

About the Role

We're hiring someone who owns quality end-to-end across mobile, web, and APIs — exploratory and automated testing, AI-output evaluation, and performance. This is not a final-gate role; it's a continuous-practice role where quality is built in, not bolted on. This role is based at HAQQ HQ in Beirut, Lebanon. We operate a hybrid work model.

In This Role You Will

  • Own quality across mobile, web, and API surfaces — exploratory, regression, release sign-off.
  • Build and maintain automated coverage (E2E, integration, fill in unit gaps where they matter).
  • Design eval suites for AI/LLM-powered features and track quality regressions over time.
  • Run performance and load testing on critical paths.
  • Partner with engineering so quality is built in, not bolted on.

You Might Thrive If You

  • 3+ years of professional QA across web, mobile, and APIs.
  • Strong test design fundamentals — exploratory, regression strategy, risk-based prioritization.
  • Automation experience with modern frameworks (Playwright / Cypress / Detox / similar).
  • Comfortable with API testing tools and reading backend logs.
  • Comfort with performance / load tooling (k6, JMeter, Locust, or similar).
  • Experience evaluating non-deterministic systems — ideally AI/ML outputs.
  • Strong written communication.
  • Nice to have: building eval datasets and quality dashboards for AI/LLM products, scripting in TS/JS or Python, and CI/CD experience wiring tests into release pipelines.
