About the Team

HAQQ is building the AI Operating System for the legal industry. We are a regional, high-growth startup on a mission to redefine how legal professionals work by giving them a secure, high-performance platform that handles everything from practice management to complex legal intelligence. The founder's voice is one of HAQQ's strongest distribution channels. We need a writer who can sit inside the founder's head, capture how they think, and ship daily content that compounds into a category-defining personal brand.

About the Role

As Personal-Brand Ghostwriter at HAQQ, you will run the founder's social media end-to-end. You will sit in on calls, capture raw insights, and turn them into LinkedIn posts, X threads, and long-form essays that sound exactly like the founder—just sharper. You will own editorial calendar, posting cadence, replies, and DMs. You will also collaborate with the design and motion teams to ship visual content. This is not a copywriting role. This is a strategic voice-of-the-founder role. This role is based at HAQQ HQ in Beirut, Lebanon. We operate a hybrid work model.

In This Role You Will

  • Ghostwrite daily LinkedIn posts, X threads, and long-form essays in the founder's voice.
  • Sit in on internal calls and interviews to extract raw thinking and turn it into content.
  • Own the founder's editorial calendar, posting cadence, and engagement loop.
  • Manage replies, DMs, and community interactions on the founder's behalf.
  • Collaborate with design and motion to ship visual content alongside copy.
  • Track performance and iterate on hooks, formats, and topics that drive reach.
  • Build a consistent narrative arc across HAQQ, Legal AI, and the founder's broader ecosystem.
  • Stay close to legal, AI, and startup conversations so the founder shows up early on big themes.

You Might Thrive If You

  • Have shipped ghostwriting or personal-brand work for a founder, executive, or public figure.
  • Write with strong opinions, sharp hooks, and a distinctive voice you can flex into someone else's.
  • Are obsessed with LinkedIn and X as platforms and understand what makes content travel.
  • Have taste — you know the difference between thought leadership and noise.
  • Are fluent in English; French and Arabic are a strong plus.
  • Are comfortable in a builder-in-public environment and can ship daily without hand-holding.
  • Have genuine curiosity about AI, legal, and how founders build category-defining companies.
