HAQQ is building the AI Operating System for the legal industry. We are a regional, high-growth startup on a mission to redefine how legal professionals work by giving them a secure, high-performance platform that handles everything from practice management to complex legal intelligence. As we scale, our visual storytelling becomes increasingly critical. Motion design is how we communicate complex AI capabilities, guide users through sophisticated workflows, and differentiate HAQQ in a crowded market. We need someone who can craft motion that's both technically excellent and strategically effective.

About the Role

As a Motion Designer at HAQQ, you will create animations and motion graphics that bring our brand and product to life. You'll work on everything from micro-interactions in the product UI to marketing videos that explain complex Legal AI concepts. You will partner closely with Product Design, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure motion is used strategically—not decoratively. Your work will help lawyers understand AI capabilities, guide users through complex workflows, and make HAQQ feel alive and responsive. This role is based at HAQQ HQ in Beirut, Lebanon. We operate a hybrid work model.

In This Role You Will

Create motion graphics and animations for marketing content, product demos, and explainer videos.
Design micro-interactions and UI animations that enhance usability without sacrificing performance.
Develop motion design systems and guidelines for consistent animation across all touchpoints.
Animate complex AI concepts and legal workflows into clear, engaging visual narratives.
Collaborate with Product Design to prototype and implement in-product animations.
Create social media content, ads, and promotional materials with motion.
Work with Engineering to ensure animations are performant and implementable.
Maintain and evolve HAQQ's motion design language as the brand grows.

You Might Thrive If You

Have 3+ years of experience in motion design, preferably for tech or B2B companies.
Are proficient in After Effects, with knowledge of Lottie exports for web implementation.
Have experience with Figma and can collaborate closely with product designers.
Understand the principles of animation timing, easing, and motion hierarchy.
Can translate complex concepts into simple, elegant visual narratives.
Have a portfolio showcasing diverse motion work: UI animations, explainers, brand content.
Are comfortable with video editing and basic sound design.
Understand web performance constraints and design animations that work at 60fps.
Are excited about AI and want to help make Legal AI accessible and understandable.
