About the Role

As Head of Operations at HAQQ, you will own the cross-functional systems that keep the company running: finance operations, legal, procurement, vendor management, internal tooling, and business operations. You will partner with the founders on strategic planning, fundraising operations, and the metrics that drive decision-making. You will be the person who turns ambiguity into systems, sees around corners, and makes sure the company is operationally ready for every next stage of growth. This role is based at HAQQ HQ in Beirut, Lebanon. We operate a hybrid work model.

In This Role You Will

Own finance operations: budgeting, forecasting, AP/AR, and reporting in partnership with finance.
Lead corporate legal, contracts, and compliance across jurisdictions.
Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and SaaS stack across the company.
Build and own the company's operating cadence: weekly metrics, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning.
Support fundraising operations: data rooms, investor reporting, board materials.
Drive cross-functional projects that span engineering, product, sales, and people.
Build internal tooling and automations that remove operational friction.
Own office operations, facilities, and the day-to-day experience of working at HAQQ.

You Might Thrive If You

Have 7+ years in Operations, BizOps, Chief of Staff, or Finance roles at high-growth startups.
Have owned cross-functional initiatives end-to-end and shipped them.
Are financially literate: you can read a P&L, build a model, and stress-test a forecast.
Have experience with fundraising operations and investor reporting.
Are systems-minded: you see processes, bottlenecks, and second-order effects.
Communicate with clarity in writing and can drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
Are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid context-switching.
Are excited to operate at the intersection of finance, legal, and strategy in a fast-moving environment.
