HAQQ is building the AI Operating System for the legal industry. We are a regional, high-growth startup on a mission to redefine how legal professionals work by giving them a secure, high-performance platform that handles everything from practice management to complex legal intelligence. As we scale, growth engineering becomes a critical function. We need someone who can blend engineering skills with growth thinking—running experiments, optimizing conversion funnels, and building the infrastructure that turns traffic into active users.

About the Role

As a Growth Engineer at HAQQ, you will own the technical side of user acquisition, activation, and retention. You will build and run experiments across the funnel, instrument analytics, optimize onboarding flows, and ship features designed to drive measurable growth. You will work at the intersection of Engineering, Product, and Marketing—building landing pages, A/B testing infrastructure, referral systems, and whatever else is needed to accelerate growth. This is not a pure marketing role. This is an engineering role with a growth mindset. This role is based at HAQQ HQ in Beirut, Lebanon. We operate a hybrid work model.

In This Role You Will

Build and maintain growth experimentation infrastructure for A/B testing and feature flags.
Optimize conversion funnels from landing page to activated user.
Instrument analytics and build dashboards to measure growth metrics.
Ship features designed to improve activation, retention, and referral.
Build and iterate on onboarding flows that get users to value quickly.
Create landing pages and marketing experiments in collaboration with the marketing team.
Implement SEO technical optimizations and programmatic content strategies.
Analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities and prioritize experiments.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to embed growth thinking across the platform.

You Might Thrive If You

Have 3+ years of software engineering experience, with exposure to growth, marketing tech, or product experimentation.
Are proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern web development.
Have experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4) and data analysis.
Understand SEO fundamentals and have implemented technical SEO improvements.
Are comfortable with rapid experimentation and shipping fast.
Have a data-driven mindset and can formulate hypotheses, run experiments, and interpret results.
Are comfortable working across the stack when needed.
Have experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical significance.
Are excited about growth and want to see direct impact on company metrics.
