About the Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at HAQQ, you will be the bridge between our core product and our most strategic legal clients. You will lead the deployment of our Legal AI solutions into production environments where reliability, security, and speed are paramount. You'll embed directly with law firms and legal departments to map their unique workflows, sequence delivery, and ship full-stack solutions that create immediate, measurable value. In this role, you will act as a technical thought partner to legal leadership, guiding their AI adoption and ensuring that our RAG-based systems and vectorization pipelines are optimized for their specific needs. You will also serve as a vital feedback loop, bringing field signals back to our engineering and product teams to influence the HAQQ roadmap. This role is based at HAQQ HQ in Beirut, Lebanon. We operate a hybrid work model and require occasional travel to work on-site with customers across the region.

In This Role You Will

Own technical delivery across multiple enterprise legal deployments, from initial prototype to stable, high-scale production.
Deeply embed with customers to design and build novel applications powered by HAQQ's legal-specific models.
Deliver observable systems spanning infrastructure through applications, ensuring HAQQ's AI OS integrates seamlessly with existing legal tech stacks.
Prototype and build full-stack systems using Python, JavaScript, and modern AI frameworks that solve high-stakes legal challenges.
Guide customers on maximizing the operational value of AI, helping them move from experimentation to core business integration.
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring successful deployment and scaling within some of the region's largest legal entities.
Codify patterns into reusable tools, playbooks, or building blocks to accelerate future deployments.
Collaborate with Product & Engineering to share field feedback that directly shapes our core AI infrastructure and feature set.

You Might Thrive If You

Bring 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally in customer-facing roles or deploying complex software in enterprise environments.
Have a track record of delivery in fast-moving, high-growth contexts where ambiguity is the default.
Write production-grade code across the stack, with proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
Understand AI/ML infrastructure, specifically building or deploying systems powered by LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.
Are familiar with cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.
Communicate with clarity, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical legal stakeholders while making sound decisions under pressure.
Are proactive and resilient, spotting deployment risks early and adjusting strategy without losing momentum.
Are mission-driven, eager to help transform the legal industry through empathetic collaboration and technical excellence.
