About the Team

HAQQ is building the AI Operating System for the legal industry. We are a regional, high-growth startup on a mission to redefine how legal professionals work by giving them a secure, high-performance platform that handles everything from practice management to complex legal intelligence. Community is how we turn early adopters into evangelists. We need someone who can build real relationships with lawyers, run vibrant online spaces, and host events that turn users into a movement.

About the Role

As Community Manager at HAQQ, you will own our community across social channels, private groups, and live events. You will engage with lawyers and law firms daily, host AMAs and webinars, and turn our most active users into evangelists. You will partner with marketing, product, and the founder's office to make sure community signal flows back into the company. This is a high-touch, high-output role. This role is based at HAQQ HQ in Beirut, Lebanon. We operate a hybrid work model.

In This Role You Will

  • Manage HAQQ's presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Run and grow our private community spaces (Slack, WhatsApp, Discord, or similar).
  • Reply to comments, DMs, and questions daily — quickly and on-brand.
  • Host AMAs, webinars, and live events with lawyers, partners, and the HAQQ team.
  • Identify and activate power users, ambassadors, and advocates.
  • Surface community feedback to product, marketing, and the founder's office.
  • Plan and execute IRL meetups, dinners, and community moments across the region.
  • Track community health metrics and report on engagement, growth, and sentiment.

You Might Thrive If You

  • Have 2+ years running community, social, or advocacy programs for a brand or product.
  • Are genuinely social — you love talking to users, hosting events, and building relationships.
  • Write quickly, clearly, and on-brand across short-form social and long-form posts.
  • Have experience moderating and growing online communities (Slack, Discord, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Are organized enough to run an event end-to-end without things slipping.
  • Are fluent in English and Arabic; French is a strong plus.
  • Have genuine interest in legal, AI, or how technology reshapes professional services.
  • Bring high energy, taste, and a service mindset.
